A quadrature oscillator using active superharmonic coupling is introduced. In this, work , we present a method to obtain quadrate VCO based on the differential VCO. The circuit is simulated in standard 0.18 μm CMOS. This CMOS quadrature VCO shows very good performance with an amplitude of the first harmonic is 4.152dBm for fundamental, phase noise -110.1dBc/Hz for fundamental and -115.5dBc/Hz at a 1MHz offset.
